What we carry

  • CBD tinctures — Sublingual oils in multiple strengths. The most flexible format if you want to control your dose.
  • CBD gummies — Easiest format for new customers. Pre-dosed, no taste of hemp.
  • CBD topicals — Creams, balms, and roll-ons for targeted application. Customers often pick these up for muscle soreness or joint discomfort.
  • Full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate — All three types in stock when available, depending on what you're looking for.

Brand mix rotates based on what's selling. Stop by the counter for current selection.

The biggest source of confusion at our counter is the difference between CBD, Delta-8, and Delta-9. Quick version:

ProductWill it get me high?Drug test risk
CBDNoLow (full-spectrum has trace THC; isolate has none)
Delta-8Yes (mild to moderate)High
Delta-9 (hemp)YesHigh

If you want a calming, non-intoxicating product — CBD is what you're looking for. If you want noticeable psychoactive effects, ask about our Delta-8 selection instead.

Honest counter advice: CBD doesn't work the same for everyone. If you try it for a week and feel nothing, that's not unusual. Some people respond strongly, some don't. Try a small amount first, give it time, and don't spend big money on premium product until you know how you respond.

Florida law on CBD

Hemp-derived CBD is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and is legal in Florida. The products on our shelf are hemp-derived with under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with federal hemp law and current Florida regulations.

We do not stock anything that requires a medical marijuana card or anything from the state's medical dispensary system. Those are different products under different rules.

Common questions

Will CBD show up on a drug test?

Pure CBD isolate should not. Full-spectrum CBD contains trace amounts of THC (under 0.3%) which could potentially register on a sensitive test if used in large daily doses. If you have a drug-tested job, broad-spectrum or isolate is the safer choice. We can point them out at the counter.

Does CBD help with [specific condition]?

We can't make medical or therapeutic claims about CBD products. The FDA hasn't approved CBD for the conditions customers most commonly ask about. We can share what regulars tell us they use it for, but that's anecdote — not medical advice. If you have a specific health concern, talk to a doctor.

What's the difference between full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate?

Full-spectrum has trace THC and other minor cannabinoids. Broad-spectrum has the cannabinoids minus the THC. Isolate is pure CBD only. Some customers prefer full-spectrum for the "entourage effect"; others prefer isolate for drug-test peace of mind.

How much should I take?

Common starting doses are 10-25mg, once or twice daily. The product packaging will give a serving size. Start low, give it a few days at the same dose, then adjust. Asking your doctor is also reasonable — many will give you guidance.

Is there an age limit on CBD?

As a matter of store policy, we card all CBD purchases consistent with our specialty counter standards.
